It All Started as a Joke

We were a (relatively) young couple, just married for a year or so. We had a young child. (The “son” in “Hegartys & Son.”) When we were thinking about trying a new restaurant, we always — ALWAYS — checked the restaurant’s website to see their vibe and their menu.

If we clicked the link in the navigation for the menu and a PDF popped up, we started joking: “We’ve found a new potential client for Hegartys & Son.” Because PDFs on a restaurant’s website is a TERRIBLE user experience. If you’re looking on a phone, it isn’t scalable. The PDF keeps resetting. It’s just miserable.

Many things have happened between that time and now, but we’ve decided to take our 40-plus years of digital marketing experience to help small businesses build their necessary footprint to make them more accessible to their potential customers.

That’s it. That’s our purpose. That’s our aim and our goal: To help small businesses find the customers who are trying to find them.
